How to Reach Passive Candidates with Social Mobile Advertising

Fundamentally different from SEO and PPC, the key to this approach is that these potential candidates don’t have to be out actively searching for your position. Instead, our strategic targeting allows us to go out and find the best highly qualified candidates and then we virtually tap them on the shoulder by delivering targeted ads and say “Hello there. There is typically a great deal of competition as companies pay top dollar for the most popular key words so their information will be on page 1 of a Google Search.
