Advanced Telecom Services of Wayne, PA, has been retained by Fan Text Mobile to support its text message voting format for the Minor League Baseball Eastern League All Star game in Norwich, CT on July 11, 2007.

The selection process included picking one position player and one pitcher from each team through fan balloting.
