Bob Bentz is the President of ATS Mobile and Advanced Telecom Services with key responsibilities in product development, sales and media relations.
He guided the company from a start-up with no outside funding to a company with $61.3 million in annual sales through offices in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Taiwan, and Czech Republic. The Pennsylvania native is a frequent speaker at industry trade shows and has authored a book and numerous articles that have appeared in national publications such as Money magazine, Inc., and USA Today.
Prior to ATS, Bentz worked in television advertising with Post-Newsweek Stations and Capital Cities/ABC. He received a BS in journalism from West Virginia University and an MBA in marketing from Marshall University.
Bentz is an avid sports fan and season ticket holder to the Phillies, Eagles, and West Virginia Mountaineers. He is also a baseball coach and has seen five players that he coached go on to play professionally. Bob is also active in fostering and rescuing shelter dogs. He volunteers with the Almost Home Dog Rescue of Doylestown, Pennsylvania and the Darlington, South Carolina Humane Society.

Brad Bierman has worked in sales and marketing at ATS Mobile in three different phases of the company’s transformation from interactive voice response services to a mobile marketing agency. Brad originally joined ATS in 1990 after serving as an Information Provider on the Syracuse University sports information 900 line, and more recently has several years experience working with ATS clients to initiate and evolve their mobile initiatives.
Before joining ATS, Brad was the sports director for eight years at WSYR Radio in Syracuse, handling various on-air duties of the state-wide Syracuse University football and basketball network. Brad also helped launch well-known sports websites Rivals.com and Scout.com. Brad is a graduate of Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
Brad, who has covered Syracuse Orange sports for five decades, is Editor in Chief of the website SUJuiceOnline.com that reports on 'Cuse athletics, and is part of the SNY.TV Blog Network of New York sports teams. Brad lives in the Philadelphia suburbs.

Frank Butler is Vice President of Engineering for ATS Mobile. Frank joined ATS in 1995 and oversees all technical activities in support of ATS automated telephony, web and mobile services.
Before coming to ATS, Frank spent 15 years with AT&T Bell Laboratories as a systems engineer, software developer, and technology and business manager. Frank also held several positions including Director of Network Operations for Met-Net Communications and Manager of Application Development for the Project Management Institute.
Frank holds a Masters Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, and dual bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from Rutgers University. He is also an accomplished drummer and percussionist and often unwinds on the weekends playing gigs with several area bands.
CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

Margie Varallo is Client Services Manager at ATS Mobile. She oversees the billing department at the company and her department provides customer support. Margie has seen her role grow from billing manager to heading up the client services department. She was instrumental in the company’s recent move to providing mobile advertising services to its mobile clients.
Prior to joining ATS, Margie worked for 14 years as the customer service manager at Varallo Reporting, Inc. — a court reporting company in Philadelphia and Media, PA.
Margie is a graduate of Villanova University with a BA in Finance. She is an avid reader, does pilates, and can be found at a local happy hour on most Friday nights.

Before joining ATS, Scott worked as VP of New Business Development for CFA Promotions, a leading digital promotions agency headquartered in Framingham, Massachusetts. Scott has worked with national and regional brands, creating and executing turn-key programs for clients such as Party City, Modell’s Sporting Goods, Fastenal, and Jolly Time Popcorn.
Bronenberg brings a great mix of both traditional and non-traditional media strategy to ATS Mobile and its clients. He worked in TV ad sales at KYW-CBS 3 and CW Philly 57. He also was National Sales Manager at La Mega 1310 -- the #1 Hispanic radio station in Philadelphia.
Prior to his time in media sales he developed “out of the box” promotions as Director of Fan Fun for Action Sports America. At ASA, he specialized in “HOT market” retail promotion execution, with high profile clients including the Dallas Mavericks, MLB, FOOT LOCKER, NFL, NBA, ATLANTIC 10 Conference, and the University of Oregon.
Scott studied Sports Management at West Virginia University and graduated with a degree in Sports Marketing from Temple University.

Frank Mazza is our digital web lead and well-known as one of the originators of the Custom QR Code. His career that began with a $1.00 website (sold on eBay), grew his talents to eventually service numerous high-profile clients including NBA Athletes, Reality Television Stars and even a few Playboy Playmates! Did I mention this was all before the age of 16?
Frank is a real entrepreneur. In addition to his work at ATS, he also operates a t-shirt design company and owns multiple popular sports blog including the renowned Soccer Desk and Philly Sports Live.

From a young age, Michael fell in love with the moving image. His career has taken him through all facets of filmmaking, from studio development, through production and post. Currently serving as Creative Director for boutique Philadelphia ad agency Purplegator, his work includes visual design and digital-mobile execution for clients including MetLife, Aldi and Volkswagen.
Michael was awarded a B.A. in Cinema from Denison University and an M.F.A. in Film Production from Chapman University’s Dodge College, where he was nominated for the Kodak Scholarship and twice received the Panavision New Filmmaker Grant. In a career behind the camera spanning more than a decade, Michael has worked on a wide variety of projects, shooting three feature films and dozens of shorts, commercials and music videos; TV pilots for directors Catherine Hardwicke (TWILIGHT) and Chris Bradley (PITTSBURGH); and theater performances with actor-director Tim Robbins (THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION). In addition to his work as a cinematographer, Michael is also an accomplished still photographer and photojournalist, having captured images on four continents. He has photographed on assignment for charities including the Special Olympics and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and his work has been featured by CNN, Reuters, Zagat, Conde Nast, the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Toronto Sun.

Barb Osier Breeser helps clients generate traffic, leads and sales online. Barb has created and managed campaigns for over 200 large and small local & regional businesses as well as national and international companies.
Most recently, Barb was Vice President of Client Strategy for Revenue Inbound, an Inbound Marketing and Social Media Agency based in West Des Moines, Iowa, where she worked on marketing, social media and content strategy for clients in a variety of industries including: health & fitness clubs, nutritional products, multi-unit franchises, business coaching, resort properties and some notable authors & speakers such as Jeffrey Gitomer and Harvey Mackay.
A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Barb lives in Iowa. When she’s not immersed in mobile and social media strategies, she is enjoying a cup of luxury coffee or looking for unusual and kitschy treasures.

Steve Gonzalez has worked with prominent national brands in developing customized marketing programs that extend beyond traditional media. Some of those brands that have benefited from Steve’s expertise are Southwest Airlines, the National Basketball Association (NBA), the United States Army, and Hyundai America.
Steve is highly respected and well known in the Philadelphia media and advertising market. He has over 18 years of experience working in Philly, including stints as General Sales Manager with Clear Channel Communications and Radio One.
He is a graduate of Fordham University where he majored in Marketing and Communications and was a member of the baseball team. His one passion in addition to working diligently with clients to create viable mobile and digital strategies is baseball. We also hear that he makes some world famous chocolate chip pancakes.
CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Stephanie Beavers started with ATS in 2015. She provides general content writing and editing support services. Stephanie attributes her unique skillset to a nearly 20-year career at Verizon Communications during which she held a variety of positions, many of which required specialized expertise that she developed and communicated in written format for clients both internal and external. This included: training documents, methods and procedures, position papers, RFPs, and compliance and contract materials.
Stephanie’s writing and editing experience also includes technical writing; web content development; book editing (Murder at Breeze Canyon and others); academic applications/letters, dissertations, articles; monthly publications; and marketing collateral. Stephanie is also bilingual in Spanish, and supports writers of Spanish-language documents as well as non-native English speakers by proofreading for proper grammar and punctuation.
In addition to a BA in Liberal Arts from Wells College, Stephanie possesses certifications in Marketing, Paralegal, Grant Writing, EEO Complaint Handling, and EEO Studies, and is a graduate of the Verizon Leadership Excellence Program. She is a member of the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Collegeville Business Networking Group. When not researching, writing, or editing, Stephanie enjoys walking, biking, reading, and her newest hobby, crochet.
